Plan of Wildflower Garden St Johns Mill Isle of Man

Garden Design

We specialise in creating harmonious private spaces with associated buildings and aim to make the process as clear and easy as possible.

To achieve this we will:

  • Visit you to discuss the project that you have in mind and look at your site (our brief). We do not charge for this visit unless you want a longer meeting and the benefit of our initial advice.
  • We will provide you with a written summary of the work that we will undertake and a fee proposal for this.
  • If you agree to this, we will need to have a measured survey of your site for our plans. If you do not have one, we can arrange for this to be carried out for an additional fee.
  • If you have existing trees on your site, we can advise on their condition and incorporating them into your design.
  • We will visit you again to explore your ideas before we start preparing our design.
  • Once we have prepared our design proposals we will submit them to you for your comments and then make any minor adjustments that you wish to make.
  • If your project needs planning approval we will coordinate this for you.
  • Once your design is approved and you wish to continue to construction, we will prepare detailed designs as necessary along with documentation to allow for quotations to be obtained.
  • We will advise on letting of a contract for the works.
  • Once the construction starts on site, we continue to supervise the work to ensure that it carried out to the best standard and solve any problems that may arise.
