The Design Process
- We visit you to discuss your garden design project.
- This allows us to see your site first hand and develop a design brief.
- Our first visit is free of charge unless we agree a longer meeting to provide more detailed advice.
- Following our initial meeting we will provide you with a written summary of the design work and a fee proposal.
- Once the work is agreed we usually require a measured survey of your site. We can arrange for a survey to be carried out for an additional fee if necessary.
- We advise on the condition of any existing trees and vegetation, incorporating them into the design if required.
- We will have a further meeting with you to explore your ideas before we start preparing our design.
- We will submit our design proposal to you for your comment and feedback and make any adjustments.
- We can take care of planning and building regulation approval if required.
- We can also prepare detailed designs and documentation to allow for construction quotations.
- We will advise on letting of a contract for the works.
- We can continue to supervise the construction work taking care of any problems that may arise.
